Shipping and Delivery
We ship to valid delivery addresses within the United States. Free standard shipping applies to every U.S. order.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Standard carrier transit normally takes approximately 4–6 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather, peak periods, or address-related issues.
A tracking number is provided after shipment.
Order Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges
You may request cancellation before your order ships. After shipment, the order is handled according to our Refund Policy.
Eligible purchases may be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days after delivery without providing a reason, subject to the applicable conditions and exclusions. For approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the applicable return shipping cost.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and generally appear within 5–10 business days after issuance, depending on the financial institution or payment provider.
